How do I get remote support?

We have a few options we use depending on the type of computer. The support representative will direct you to the appropriate soction for your computer.

How can I find out information about my business account?

There is another section to our website that allows you to access all your company information that MIS Solutions maintains. All you have to do is go to http://www.missolutions.com/cpl and enter you login information. If you do not have your login information it can be found by clicking the "Forgot Login" option on the menu bar. Also you can contact us for your login if you are still having difficulties.

What do I need to be secure while using the Internet?

There are many way to secure yourself from the endless viruses and other intrusions that originate from the Internet. The two items that are most important are a firewall either software or hardware and anti--virus software.
